Starting a part-time Dip HE - what am i entitled to?

This spring I will be strating a part-time Dip HE (putting in a minimum 15 hrs per week study). The rest of the time I will be in placement for the job which I am training for, for which I receive a living allowance. As I am new to all of this - what will I be entitled to in terms of loans/grants/student railcards etc.

I am 35, have a hubby who works and 2 dependant girls. I already have a 1st degree and a PG Dip (all of which I self-funded) - taking this due to a change in direction.

Thanks in advance. ;)
