Can i install Outlook on it's on

I;m using Openoffice but they don't have email software so can i buy Outlook 2007 on it's own or do i need the whole Microsoft Office package?

    You can buy it on its own, but it works out much cheaper to buy an Office suite.

    A quick look on ebuyer.com shows retails boxed Outlook 2007 on its own from £37ish, or you could get Office Pro (Publisher, Excel, Outlook, Outlook with Business Contact Manager, PowerPoint, Access, and Word) from £123.

    Alternatively, Windows Live Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird can be had for free

    I don't think you can as it's part of MS Office.


    Have a look at Thunderbird with Lightning Calendar
    Move along, nothing to see.

    Can i ask why you want office, you can get gmail for free and you dont need to download any software

    What OS are you using as with Windows you should have Outlook Express not sure with Vista though.

    Vista will have Windows Mail - essentially the same thing but newer.
