Thank you.
I dont feel brave, i just feel stupid for letting it get out of hand so bad alongside everything else. Feels quite refreshing having such a major turn around. Just looking forward to getting to be debt free and apart from a mortgage never going down this route again. Way to much stress for me!0 -
Once you start to get it under control, you will feel a lot better. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Phew.
Been quite a bad few months lately that I wont go into too much. All i know is im back to smoking again and my cash is going back to being in the negative territory. I did have a £100 overdraft on my account to make sure that i wouldnt get any bank charges. But Lloyds wrote me a letter the other week asking me to contact them. I did but they were out of office so i booked an appt to meet them for this Sat coming. However, i checked my account this morning and they have taken my overdraft off me without warning (and due to this I have incurred charges and its like £15 a day!!) Dont get paid till this friday so thats about 75 in bank charges
Is there anyway I can go about reclaiming this? Or are Lloyds within there rights to just cancel it? I had a lot of bank charges last year and I am waiting till I find out whats going on at the courts just now regarding charges before I make a claim. However this one I feel so angry. Im looking into moving bank accounts due to it.
So any advice on where the best place I should bank? Does it affect your credit rating (mine is still pretty darn poor) applying for a new account with a new bank?
On the bright side though I have paid off a whack off my debt since I posted originally. Feeling better about that. Just over 14.5k. Still a log way to go though. :cool:0
