Is mouseprice the best tool or researching a particular house? Just popped an address in and they have no record of this one.

there are a few sites to check, i mentioned mouseprice on here a week or so ago and alot of people were saying it wasnt very good. for me and the house i bought i though it was. worth checking a few out to see what sort of prices it was bought and sold for.
zoopla, nethouseprices.com, upmystreet.com. sorry there are others i'm sure others will be a long soon. i like mouseprice and upmystreetListen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0 -
I've found www.home.co.uk to be very good. Find the property and then click on 'price history' and you'll see a graph. At the bottom of the page it compares the price of the property to the average for the local area and the postcode and also compares how long it's been on the market to the averages.
It seems to have properties on from the major websites whereas I've struggled to find properties on mouseprice.0
