had my breakdown cover renewal today, dont know if your allowed to mention names on here, if i just mention red phone with wheels that should be enough!
anyway £65 witch apparently included a 10% ncd for recovery pluse (only wanted recovery last year but were doing the pluse for the same price) so go on there web site and put in my details, comes up with £55 for recovery pluse £45 for recovery. thought i'd phone to check this out.
after explaining customer services said yes thats right, for new customers online disscount applies of 10%.
but i said your charging me £65 with a 10% disscount....thats right they said. so theres nothing stoping me bying this online as a new customer then? nothing they said very snotely!
so i bought recovery for £45 £20 saving. bargain!!!!:beer::beer:
incidentley i think green flag and this company are one in the same. exactley the same web site except ones green and ones red!! oh and exactley the same prices!
