geordielass was right - Boots (redeemed 2 as I was with my mother) and Fenwick both in Eldon Square. Also redeemed another today in Debenhams South Shields (I noticed they had a drawer full).

That happened to me and it was cos my ink was low.Might not be the prob with yours but just check.The writing is quite light anyway except for thebit saying "triple defence triple action moisturizer"
