I went to my local Beatties this morning, had to take the courage to do it and was hoping she would not recognise me. Last time, she was nice enough to give me one and another for my daughter. I tried her colleague another day, and she only gave me one. Today, I handed my voucher and asked whether they are still valid and she said yes and gave me another sample. I guess, it depends on where you live, you can always try, will get daughter to go when she comes here on Wednesday.0

Ive managed to get 2 tubs from Debenhams in Worcester during the last week. I think it all depends who serves you because I'd tried a couple of weeks ago in the same store and the SA on that day said it was an old offer and that they hadn't had any in for ages! Persistence sometimes pays!0

Kath wrote:Tried to redeem the voucher in Boots at the Gemini Retail Park, Warrington yesterday and was given the third degree by the SA. She demanded to know my name, telephone number and which site I had printed the voucher from. She said they were fakes and this offer was over a year old from when the product was first launched. She then said she needed to ring Head Office about it. She came back about 15 minutes later and said that although they had the samples they were meant to be a free gift when purchasing some other product that sells for £12 (can't remember what it was). She said that the staff at other stores were giving them out wrongly. Apparently all staff had been notified of this from Head Office and it was to be discussed again at a meeting next Monday. She did say "So you've got until next Monday to try to get one from somewhere else but I can't give you one!".
I'm too polite to swear but you can imagine how I felt! It isn't my fault that Handbag hadn't updated their website. Just a warning to others looking to redeem their vouchers........stay away from Gemini!

You obviously had a crabby Assistant as I went there last week with my mum and the girl behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful she gave 1 to both me and my mum and also gave us the new Turn Around serum to try, she explained all about the products and never questioned the voucher I printed off.
There are however Turn Around 15min face mask that are being given away with purchases maybe she is getting confused?I am a Travel Agent
I work for Thomas Cook Group of Companies. My companies ATOL/ABTA numbers are J9500. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it but Atol numbers can be checked on the Civil Aviation Authority website. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.0 -
