Hi pandsjb,
If this is the ‘Price Protection October 2009’ tariff, there isn’t a termination fee. There is also ‘Fixed Price 2009’ but this also doesn’t have a termination fee.
Definitely take Rian1998 advice though and check the Terms and conditions they will clarify all!!
