How long does A&L take to set up a new account?

Hi there...

Has anyone got any experience/idea how long A&L takes, on average, to send you all the information needed to run a new account once you have sent to them you signed agreement?

Just asking because I am a bit worry my agreement may have gone missing.

Here's what happened with my application...

Day 1 - Apply
Day 4 - Welcome letter, agreement, & T&C's arrived (signed agreement posted by return)
Day 11 - Phone PIN, Debit card PIN, & User Guide* arrived
Day 15 - Regular saver information arrived
Day 16 - Debit card arrived
Day 16 - 1st £500 credit made
Day 23 - £50 referral bonus credited

* User guide says...

Week 1
Account number & sort code
Switching Service Authority form
4-digit card PIN
Phone PIN
PlusSaver account number

Week 2
Visa Debit Card
Cheque book
Internet banking 12-digit customer ID
Internet banking 5-digit customer PIN

Week 3
A&L credit card
A&L credit card PIN
Credit card welcome pack

Week 4
Your first bank statement

My first deposit was showing as available funds on day 16.
