Pinecone Survey - Virus within

    I have two surveys from them and both have the virus I e-mailed but heard nothing surely they will have to do something about it ?

    I am sure when we installed the new software for pinecone it mentioned something about looking at what we visited to try and give us the right type of surveys, but it wasn't spywear.
    I maybe wrong and it wasn't pinecone but I am about 90% sure it was in the conditions section.

  • I received a response from Pinecone today regarding the message I sent to them about the virus problem. Can't say it was particulary helpful sadly :rolleyes:

    I just did a Pinecone survey today, I was able to see the images despite uninstalling the Artscope plugin a few days ago.
