It says presale reopens Thursday 12th at 7am
And regarding why some didn't get tickets with presale I tried from 7am and couldn't get any tickets with my 02 presale.the 2402 was impossible to call and when I eventually got through online they were sold out and arond 09.30 ish the 02 presale were sold out

Can you use the code from 02 on the ticketmaster direct website or do you have to go via the 02 link to use this?

If so, how do you get a code to purchase direct from ticketmaster please as people seem to be having more success this way?

If I can offer some advice, I'd say register with Ticketmaster asap if you haven't already done so before now - that way, if you do manage to get to the page that says "we're holding these tickets for you for 2 mins", etc... you can just sign-in and it will prefill your details instead of you having to type them all in.

Also, I'd go to this page now, and choose a date you want to go on, then bookmark that page in your internet favourites - that way you can go straight to the booking page when the tickets go onsale, instead of navigating slowly through several pages when the site is busy.

The code for ticketmaster seems quicker.this is from signing up to MJ site.I got an email tonight so I will try with ticketmaster first.I also have the 02 but not sure if that will be on ticketmaster or I have tobgo through 02.if I get Txts tomorrow then I will gladly give someone my other code as I am trying for 4 Txts

Cripes, how many shows is he doing?? I just hope he makes it as far as the 1st Aug when I have tickets!!

At least by adding more dates there's a pretty good chance that everyone will get a ticket

You have to be careful when buying more tickets. Only 4 per person, per card and per billing address. That means only one lot of 4 per household no matter who is buying them (or what surname/card). I bought a 2 and a 2 for friends and cannot try for others now. They can cancel them without notification so not worth the risk.
