And nobody answered - which is better Level 1 or Floor Seating?

I chose Floor Seating but i dont want it to say "Sorry no floor seats available"

I want it to say "No floor seats available, here are the best ones"

Just select the best ones, it will then look at all seats and try to pick the best.
