Up to 10 days before the event.

I usually get mine about 2 - 3 weeks before for other concerts I've been to.

Im prepared for that answer now, was in queue at 7am got kicked out twice rejoined by back button both times. Sadly 2nd time seemed like queue to join ticketmaster. Now been in queue for over 30minutes.

Awww no. I'm sorry Are you going to keep trying? I can't even get to the page that has the dates. Although I've managed to get 4 tickets (trying to get 2 more for the same day as there were 6 of us at work that want to go).
