I think that's because all presale for your chosen date have gone, there'll only be newly announced dates available but you have to be quick for them.

there's a place to enter code when you choose number of seats, seating area etc.

I tried it yesterday and it was ok, i just couldn't get tickets. Kept throwing me out of the que. This is soooo frustrating !

I've tried for the new dates and the only seats offered were in block 118 (almost behind the stage) and up in the Gods in blocks 400.

Me thinks it's a case of getting rid of the rubbish seats first and not really a presale.

I know you can only buy 4 tickets, but is this for one date? Or could you buy 4 tickets for one date, and then another 4 for a later date on the same card?

Ticketmaster did this for the NFL game. I'm hoping that some decent tickets for July are available tomorrow as that's the only time I can go realistically

Are you copying and pasting the code, if so there might be an extra space at the end which is making code invalid.

Good question. I may give mine to a family member and try and get better seats in the general sale on Friday. Their terms aren't very clear as it says maximum of four tickets per event. Is an event one night or is it for the whole schedule of shows?
