I'm looking for a new LCD TV - something between 32 and 40 inch and preferably Philips or Sony. I'm thinking there must be bargains out there somewhere but can't seem to find any! Anyone heard of any good deals at the moment?
Thanks

If warranty is important, try John Lewis who can be good value to some TV's. You get a 5 year warranty and I think free delivery to NI. They are well regarded for their customer service. Also try Richer Sounds who have a shop at the back of Castle Court and on-line. You pay I think 10% of the cost of the TV to extend the warranty. I think House of Fraser (Victoria Centre) also do automatic 5 year warranty's but not sure on prices.0

Be wary of Ebuyer, good as they are their delivery prices to NI can be high.
John Lewis have a good 5 year warranty, better than most.Norn Iron Club Member No. 252 :beer:0 -

Yes I found this out yesterday when I went to order the 37" Tv. Not only postage charges which were reasonable enough at £8, but were also charging £29 admin fee to set up "interest free" credit deal.
£29 on £350 tv that is almost 10% for an "interest free" 9 month loan.:eek:0 -
Hanna & Browne will price match internet prices and they always seem open to some further haggling too.0

What is your budget? Argos have a Samsung 40 inch 5 Series for just under £540.
Richer Sounds and Beyond Television usually have decent deals on. Check on HDTV Test and HDTV Org for reviews on models.0 -
Careful with Samsung, many have very average sound quality - Panasonic much better0

42" Tosh available from Argos for £449 & it's "True" HD0
