We have had accounts with them for a long time but I have decided that when the current bond matures I will reinvest a much smaller amount to hold on to the possibility of a windfall but reinvest elsewhere. I always return their voting forms with a vote for the person who wanted remutualisation although I do think it is unlikely to happen but in these very strange times who knows?0

The whoile concept of demutualisation is dead in the water and a big mistake. Every building society that demutulised in the past has either gone bust or been taken over.0
