Anyone claimed under Tesco Car Warranty?

Just wondering how good their service is, i.e. don't try and wriggle out of everything. I am looking at the finest policy. And I know often not worth the paper they're printed on, but I have a 6cylinder Audi so would like to cover myself.

I had a claim with Tesco and they were a complete nightmare. Someone hit my neighbours car that then hit mine at six in the morning. My neighbour claimed from the man that hit her and I had to claim from my neighbour.
Strangley enough, my neighbour was also insured with Tesco so you would think the whole thing would be tied up pretty quickly but they were dreadful with me. My neighbours car was towed away and written off by lunchtime and yet my car was left outside my home for nearly two weeks before someone came to get it. The car hire that I had paid extra for lasted only two weeks so I refused to hand car back because it was Tesco's delay not mine.
Anyway, its a long story but never again.

I don't think tesco warranty covers bodywork damage, just parts
