OTE (Online Testing Exchange) surveys

I often get invited to do surveys that are using OTE surveys. My problem is whenever i try to complete, either in firefox or internet explorer I never get far. I keep getting the following message:

"Unexpected Error

We’re sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. To begin the survey again, please close your browser and click on the link in the email invitation again, or copy and paste the link into Internet Explorer's address bar. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you have any further questions, please contact us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion!"

Does anyone know why I get this message? Is there anything that needs changing on my computer to allow these surveys?

I have contacted OTE but never received any answers or feedback.

These are usually via Ciao and are ones that pay and I keep losing out.

Any help would be appreciated.
