Repossession - gas line 'cut' from next door

I do appreciate your efforts. I know people on here do all sorts of jobs and sometimes people may think there is a conflict of interests but this thread has helped answer some of my questions. The possible house purchase wont be going ahead now but at least I know for the future and it may be of use to other people.

No problem - this is not the type of work which I would particularly want anyway -though I am quite happy to help other contributers. I was merely pointing out that this type of stuff can be very complecated and not everyone appreciates the amount of work involved in organising a new supply for even a single domestic premise.

I stated on my signature what do I do, so as to be quite open with people of my profession.
