Lloyds TSB Overdraft question..

Hello,

I got an overdraft with Lloyds TSB for £250 which lasts for 1 month (until March 26th) and I wanted to increase the amount to £350 and to extend it to 3 months and I was declined.

I'm £54 in credit, and I was wondering if I cancelled my overdraft then applied for a new one would it be allowed?

Thanks to anyone who can help!

i don't think so. Lloyds (with other banks) have an internal scoring system to check if they should give you each facility. Each increase or re-application will use the some scoring system, so if this first was declined then its highly likely that you won't get away with it
