Loading unloading caught by fixed camera

Hi,
I went to beds are uzzz in greenford and parked because i needed to load my vehicle as i was buying a mattress. I parked in the afternnon but don't know the exact time (approx. 4.00pm) i was told by the council that their camera caught me and listed my time as 4.48 pm. They are now asking for £50.00 becase the time they allow for unloading and loading is up to 4.30pm. I asked them to be lenient as i am not working through illness and that according to their camera's time i was only 18 mins. over. They have repiled that i have to pay the fine. Can the camera,s time be challenged or is their another way
