Unfortunately, I am unable to, as the offending flue is in my neighbours garden (my utility room wall backs onto this), and the fence is so high. The only access would be though their house, and somehow, I do not think they will allow it!0 -

i think the kind gas man from Vailant said the flues have to have at least 450mm clearance from all sides, thats 18 inches in old money!Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0
