I have just checked this out and you need to get the platinum card for the no fee 0% balance transfer and they are not offering it anymore.. I emailed them

That was the only no-fee BT card out there. The next best thing is a capped fee card. Virgin White has 6 months @ 0% with a capped fee of £50.
