Mines on the market in around the same part of the country. No viewings yet but just put it up with a different estate agent. I negotiated a deal with the first ea to not have a sole agency agreement before I originally signed the forms.
Don't think an ea would go to the effort of suing you if you used another agent despite agreeing sole agency rights. It would be conter-productive in the long run.0 -

I watched a programme a few years back that gave you tips on "seducing" purchasers. One idea I thought was good was to have various smells going on in different rooms. i.e.in the kitchen, have a coffee perculator going or fresh bread baking in the oven. Have scented flowers in vases and stuff like that. You dont notice how your own home smells but other people do. There is nothing worse than smelling cats and dogs and can be very offputting.
Im currently looking for a house and the main reason for moving is for a better school. The house I want to own needs to have room to extend and build, enough parking space for 3 vehicles and a decent sized garden. If it hasn't got all of these, even it looks like a showhome, I wouldnt buy it!Matched betting proceeds so far: £505.000
