Does anyone use Tiscali Talk

I am a virgin when it comes to changing land line phone packages! I am still on a regular BT package. My ISP is Tiscali so I am thinking of going to Tiscali Talk which for free will give me free local and national calls at weekends or for £3.99 a month it includes weekday evenings too. It says you still pay BT your line rental and other calls.
Are these sort of packages reliable? You often hear horror stories of bad services. Or is in the old days when changing from BT was still new? Will it save me money? Anyone on Tiscali Talk can tell me what they think?
Thanks everyone!

Tiscali Talk works fine. However they want £3.99p a month for free evening and weekend calls to 01/02 numbers. However another supplier Primus Saver 2 makes no charge for the same facility. So you would save approx £47 a year.
See: http://www.planet-talk.co.uk/SaverProducts.aspx?source=saver
Also further savings can be made at peak rate by using https://www.1899.com calls just 3p a call any length.
This dual call supplier approach works fine and is used by many forum members.
Unlike the Tiscali solution you dont pay for it when your not using it either.EG: Holidays.
Make sure you reduce your BT line rental down to Opt1 £11 a month.PF.0
