hyno these miles that your doing, wow im doing the C25K as i have never run in my life and i thought i was doing fab at running, well jogging for 25 mins and there you are doing miles, i wish i could, how do you do it?

The determination to get my medal by finishing the london marathon next month......that's what gets me out there - there is no way that I am not going to complete that course.......

Oh, and the shiny space blanket too - I want one of those!

I would find it much easier if my running pal (PANIA!!!!!) hadn't moved a million miles away......now I find it far too easy to have an evening on the sofa instead of running, and sometimes making the effort to get out is a real struggle!

Well, as I failed miserably at my attempt at 16 miles last weekend (only managed 9).......I need to try that again - I should have been doing 20 miles, but I just can't see that happening. My furthest so far is 14. So, in reality, anything more than 14 would be an improvement, but I would secretly like to be closer to the 20 than the 14......

    *sigh*

    how about you

only 13 miles for me this weekend which Is fine...then it starts to seriously crank up with 20, 20, 14, 20...I can feel the pain. Just make sure you take it really slow when you do the 16. I found I made myself go over 11 min/m just in an attempt of sheer determination to get that mileage under the belt.

I met someone earlier, just for a little while....someone who occasionally does some work at the place where I work. It was just a bit of fun but it was a nice distraction. :)

Slowly Slowly webitha...I started running about this time last year and I couldn't get to the end of the road and had to build up just to be able to run 1 mile. Im another doing the LM next month
