    Well, as I failed miserably at my attempt at 16 miles last weekend (only managed 9).......I need to try that again - I should have been doing 20 miles, but I just can't see that happening. My furthest so far is 14. So, in reality, anything more than 14 would be an improvement, but I would secretly like to be closer to the 20 than the 14......

    hyno these miles that your doing, wow im doing the C25K as i have never run in my life and i thought i was doing fab at running, well jogging for 25 mins and there you are doing miles, i wish i could, how do you do it?
    If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?
