Ammending the date of a Virgin Atlantic flight

bergeroo

OK - Now first of all. I can't find this information on the Virgin Atlantic website. I've called their customer service line twice to be passed around different departments before being cut off both times.

I have a Virgin flight fro London to San Francisco booked and I might need to change the date of the return portion.

Perhaps a stupid question, but as I've never done it before, I assume that I can do it and I also assume that there is a fee to do this?

Can anyone tell me the average cost for doing this? Or even better if they have done it with Virgin.

Thanks

Hi, I know what you mean, I knew I'd seen it somewhere but couldn't find it on the website when I recently needed to change the return date of a flight I'd booked with Virgin. Eventually I realised that the information was actually on the e-ticket. It cost me £50 to change the date, can't guarantee yours will be the same because it depends on the type of ticket you bought, but it was very easy to do
