Have they got an actual warrant for possession of the property.
i didnt go to the hearing , i just had a letter say that my lender would gain possession on or before 05/03/09. thats all it said really, but dont they come and change the locks etc?
the prob with the car is that its my mums , im worried as it on a private land after the 5th.0 -
The warrant will be for your house only , not your mums car ( is it registered to her ? ) either way, they wont take the car, however,I would suggest removing it as quickly as you can .0

yes its registered to her, will they phone the police to get it moved etc? i can prob get it moved by the end of tomorrow
i feel so stupid0 -
The police have no authority to move the car. It will still be parked on private property and it is the responsibility of the property owner to sort it out.0

Dont think this is relevant. The County Court Baliff (who will secure the property for the lender) is not the same as a private baliff.0 -
