Where can I find a good free Lodger Agreement?

I need to create or get my hands on a lodger agreement asap as I have someone moving into my house.
Where can I find one?
Also I won't be asking for a deposit but my lodger has agreed to buy the monthly food shop for us both...how can I incorporate that into the agreement?
Any help would be much appreciated.

"You will be my lodger. You will pay me X a month in advance. You need to give me X days notice when you leave. You will leave it all clean and tidy. You will buy the food shopping each month for us both. You will not eat food in the bedroom. You will clean as you go in the kitchen and bathroom. You will not dry clothes anywhere but the drying room. You will take turns putting the bins out. "
