Apex Credit Management Hassle

Hi
Been paying these people £10 a month for a couple of months then in January i wrote to them and asked for a copy of the Credit Agreement also sent a £1 which they cashed(sent a chq) in the letter i also asked for no more telephone calls in future they were to write to me which laughingly they agreed they had the letter over the phone and it would take a little while to sort everything out!!!!!!
Anyway today had a message on home phone saying bascially you must ring us today due to a change in circumastances we need to discuss your account failure to call will result in us deciding on our next course of action!!!!
I just need to know what to say if they phone again with regards not recieving the CCA and them ring me when i told them not to.Also payments up to date so i think its the old chestnut "please send your latest I&E" which in 3 months has not changed.
Any advice would be great want to be ready for them when they next ring
