Recommend me an excellent vacuum cleaner..(Not dyson)

Hi,

Im in the process of choosing a vaccum cleaner and there are so many to choose from. My price range is anywhere between £60 onwards. I particularly like a vaccum cleaner that is durable and last for a long time.

Your assistance is appreciated.

Another vote for a Miele. They're tested to last for approx 20 years! Mines a baby as it's only 11 years old-lol

I have a HENRY, I've had 'him' since 1992. And he still lives under the stairs in the box he came in.
He has a turbo brush on the end of his nose to really beat the c**p out the carpets. 4 dogs and 2 kids later he's still going strong. He's moved house with me about 5 times.
He somes out evey 6 weeks and does the whole house.
I really cannot recommend him highly enough. If it's good enough for all the cleaner companys I ever worked for then HE's good enough for me I say!
I have also used an electrolux cylender and an electrolux upright and BOTH were inferior suckers to HENRY!!
