Moneyclaimonline Problem !!!

Hi guys
I am claiming over £4000 from Natwest
Started my action Dec 08 sent them the 1st template letter and then after returning there expenses form (Stall Tactic) i heard nothing . I followed on by sending them the second template letter ( threatening court action) etc ..

Heard nothing !
So i paid £100 through moneyclaimonline to start leal action .
My claim was accepted and was give the date when Natwest had to respond by 14 days later this would be yesterday 3rd March 2009
I checked the status last night and it was still showing (Start) meaning that Natwest had not responded . I checked again at 12.05 am (4th March) and still the same so i entered a jugment by default (option 1)
This afternoon i called Moneyclaimonline to verify this and the advisor told me that Natwest had not responded by day 14 (3rd March 2009) and if of they had it would not let me enter a judgment by default.
I was happy ..................
However i have just checked the status again (7pm 4th March 2009 DAY 15!) and it says judgment rejected (says cannot continue through the online court proccess etc)

PLEASE HELP GUYS

CAN THEY DO THIS ?? It is over the 14 day period !!

But he can't. The OFT test case is on hold. I sat in the same court as Martin Lewis as the High Court judge stated that all claims are on hold. Unfortunately you may have to wait.

If you had been given the default judgment due to the bank not entering their defence or stay application then they would have gotten the judgment set aside anyways. As it is the court are off their own backs staying any claims, so yep, as Nattie says you will have to sit and wait for the end of the test case :) Unless you are in severe financial difficulty in which case you can apply directly to your ban to be considered under the exemption from the waiver.

  • So when it says judgment (rejected) it does not mean i lose my claim on the money it just means its on hold ??
~If (when) we win at the courts will all our claims be kick started again (not sure of the procedure
  • Oh and when is the test case due to end ?? lol
    good question !

You don't lose, your claim is on hold. And when will it end.....I think the answer is really how long is a ball of string? We are getting closer to it but I suspect it will be another 12 months if not more.
