Stansted to Nottingham

Hi there. Would anyone please be able to advise me on the most economical way to get from Stansted airport to Nottingham? Thank you all.

There's a train, you'll need to change in Ely I think. Allow plenty of time if you're catching a flight because this route has a cancellation or delay every other time I use it.

i want to go that way later in the year (other direction - i'm aiming to get to cambridge from nott) but it's a nightmare! you can go by national express but it will involve a really long wait at luton or golders green (hardly a direct route!). whichever way you go (train/bus) it will take a long time - but if you get in early with national express, if you go via london you should be able to get cheap funfare prices (you may have to do it as 2 singles - should be possible to get them £1 each).
