Thanks for the link A:I, I completed the DD form on line, then it went to a DD form to print out, fill in and send off, did this happen when you subscribed? I dont want to end up with 2 subscriptions !!

Also went for Pikmin 2, as my lad has the other games already.

Hi Guys,
got my subscription info in the mail today, but it has no mention of the free gift on it. Does anyone have an idea when we should expect to receive it? Hope we don't have to wait until the end of the subscription!

erm................, within 28 days

Should be within 28 days so the Subscription Line told me. I had to call them to check that my request for the correct free game had been recieved. On the confirmation email they send out for the direct debit, there is no mention of this.

Not received anything yet - but then they haven't taken the first Direct Debit yet (not until the 28th March for me). I'm happy to wait until the end of April before I start hassling them

Has anyone received anything through the post confirming the subscription? I got an email about the direct debit as soon as I'd set it up but have had nothing since.

I received my confirmation letter about 2 weeks ago, but it didn't mention anything about the free game, that's why I thought i'd ask. I'm not desperate for the game yet, as it's for a birthday present in May, so won't bother hassling them just yet.

The free game arrived today but still no paperwork regarding the subscription!!
