Issued the wrong train tickets!

..I'm off to Glasgow from Newcastle on saturday with my girlfriend & I've just checked the tickets & noticed that they've issued me the wrong ones! I wanted 2 singles going up on the 7th & 2 singles going back on the 8th & they've issued me 2 singles to Glasgow getting there for 10.30am & 2 singles back on the same day going back & 12.50pm :mad: Anyone would know that you're not going to visit Glasgow for 2 hours !!!!!!
What's my rights? It says on the ticket no refunds given but I'm not after a refund just a change of tickets is this possible & if they refuse where do I go from there! The hotels booked & tickets costing a total of £150 if we don't get an exchange of tickets thats money down the drain!
