Today I visited the above website on behalf of my son who asked if I would purchase an item. He sent weblink across:-
https://www.macwarehouse.co.uk/catalogue/item/WB150890
The web link and the product description, clearly describes the item as " IPOD touch 32GB with Belkin ipod touch leather case and dual USB charger." Total cost for everything inc VAT and delivery £30.77. Now I know people will say you should have realised that the item was so cheap that the price must be wrong. However I just logged on to website, found the item, stock showed as available so i ordered...it was not for me so I was not really doing in depth checking.
The email confirmation advised that the items we would receive are only a
1 x A0431877 @ £10.58 each = £10.58
Belkin Dual Rotating Charger
1 x BELIPC01 @ £10.19 each = £10.19
Belkin Ipod Touch Leather Sleeve - Black
No IPOP touch.
I logged onto the website and it clearly showed the item as being an " IPOD touch 32GB with Belkin ipod touch leather case and dual USB charger."
I emailed the sales dept at Mac Warehouse with full details plus weblink and also a screen dump of the advert and await reply. The advert was misleading and therefore if they are not supplying the item as described (Presume they are under no obligation to supply) then I have requested a full refund.
Can anybody confirm the legality re the advert and my claim for full refund...help appreciated.

As it is clearly an error in price they are not in any obligation to provide it at that price. It is annoying as it is clearly miseading, although it does advise what are the contents.0
