Hiya all
I got a lovely Sanctuary set for Xmas with smellies in , Ive used the shower gels etc with no problem, but used the body lotion the other day and I got the WORST burning rash Ive ever had in my life! My whole arm swelled a bit and became v blotchy and tight to the touch ( went quite shiny in places where the skin was stretching over the swelling ) The pain was awful, and had to cool it with cold compress all night.
I know its from boots, but I dont have the recipt or anytihng as it was a gift- does anyone know what my rights are? I just want to really put a stop to them selling it in case others - especially kids  got hold of it.
I dont have particularly sensitive skin or anything -I just use whatever toiletries come my way, generally with no probs
Advice please!

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I don't know who makes Sanctuary but you may be best contacting the manufacturer directly rather than go through Boots. Call them first and if you have no luck, write to them. They might be able to identify the batch by the barcode on the bottle - maybe it was faulty?0
