    yeah it states the day u pick them up is the price you pay, but what about if u reserve for a lower price same day you pick it up, then it has gone up by the time u get into store, surely they should honour it cos u go all that way for nothing.
    they never overrode the price for me.
    Was in the above situation. Reserved two items(toys) via their customer services earlier today, went in store and they both came up as full price.
    Went to customer services desk who tried telling me that internet prices were lower etc but told them that I'd reserved it with their customer services helpline for this store, now if the helpline had told me that the price was for internet orders and not for the store that she was reserving at I would have purchased online.
    After several minutes of arguing they offered to overide the price for both items. :)
