scumbags, complete and utter scumbags. What's the point of reserving something if they can put up the price before you can collect it? arrgghh, I'm irate!

I've got confirmed Home Delivery oder for £7.49 for Hogwarts, with the freee set as well.

We will see what happens, as although their website says "errors" allow them to change the price, it also says that my card will be charged when they receive my order, so they therefore must have already taken my money and accepted the contract of sale.

If u ordered b 4 midnight then you will get it at the lowere price, one or two of you were a little late ;D

i got one for correct price yesterday at 4.30.
my mate also got one as they overode tills this am, after wanting to charge full price.

I reserved the air plane and helicopter at 3.99 and 5.49, but when I collected they came up as higher value of 7.99 and 8.99, got manager over and she very easily overroad the till price. This was this morning so it can be done.

Reserved Matchbox set last night online at £9.99.
Went in store today and came up at £19.99. Mentioned that it was £9.99 last night when I reserved it - manageress muttered a bit and over-rode their system to give me it for the £9.99...result!

yeah it states the day u pick them up is the price you pay, but what about if u reserve for a lower price same day you pick it up, then it has gone up by the time u get into store, surely they should honour it cos u go all that way for nothing.
they never overrode the price for me.
