HSBC Claim

Hi all. Ive searched this site for the answer to my question but cant find it so here goes...

In August 2007 my claim was at court stage. 2 days before I was due to go to court my case was stayed.

Ive been waiting patiently for about 18 months now and it looks like its going in the right direction going by Martin's weekly emails.

My question is, shall I nudge HSBC to dealing with my claim now?

Ive had quite a few charges since my claim so shall I update my charges list with interest and re send the letter??

Thanks in advance

My question is, shall I nudge HSBC to dealing with my claim now? No cos claims are still stayed(I was in Court with Martin when the judge said that).

I will answer the other question but are you in financial hardship, ie arrears on mortgage council tax utilities etc, etc,?

You can send them an update to your claim with the new figures, but you will still stay on hold until the test case is over and done with.
