The people selling "New Build" are often good negotiators.
Are you ?...............................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0 -
I am quite willing to go in and negotiate strongly with the added quality of not caring what they think of me. Just looking for any experiances really. I've been told that houses are on for 100% + profit so they can seel for 1/2 asking and still make money.0
