0300 numbers

I am with Talk Talk they told me 0300 numbers would not be free for me, but 01 and 02 are, is this correct?

Welcome to the MSE forums pimlicogerry.
Ofcom decreed that 03 numbers should be treated by CPs in exactly the same way as 01/02 numbers.
Hence, if you get inclusive 01/02 calls, you should get inclusive 03 calls too.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
