do both these show up as current months?
I have defaults from 2006 and nothing from them after that meaning 6 years later they are gone.
One says 'Current balance: Account closed on 12/04/2006 with an outstanding balance of £462.00'
each time I get a new report that figure goes down

you can't remove defaults just by paying them they fall off after 6 years.

Hi
Alternatively if you can reclaim some charges, you might be able to pay extra on the DDDDDDDDDDDDcard one month.
Or talk to your local credit union. A very small loan at 11-26% would fix the smallest card immediately.
I can only think of one other situation where someone discovered a company marking e credit record each month. Maybe you should talk to the OFT or someone see if they are entitled to do this if you are making more than minimum payments? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
