As part of the exciting Daily Telegraph Cruise Show being held at Excel, London on the 21st - 22nd March 2009, we are giving away an incredible 21 night cruise to the Amazon aboard the MV Spirit of Adventure discovery cruise ship.

Please note: The winner and their travelling companion must attend a presentation ceremony at the Daily Telegraph Cruise Show at Excel in London on the Sunday 22nd March. Entrance to the show will be arranged. The winner and companion will then be offered accommodation at a London hotel before being flown to Barbados on Tuesday 24th March to begin their holiday. Please ensure you are able to travel on these dates in order to qualify for the prize. There are no alternative travel dates. You must be 21 years or older to enter and have a valid UK passport to travel.

1. This promotion is open to UK residents, who hold a valid UK passport aged 21 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company ("Sky"), employees (or family members of employees) of any Acromas Holidays Limited, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion. 2. To enter this promotion, all you need to do is enter your name, address and e-mail address at the following website address: http://travel.sky.com/promo/cruise_show/competition. The promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your mail. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
3. All entries must be received by midnight on 15th March 2009.
4. One entry per household. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
5. The winner will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator from all eligible entries received, in the week commencing 16th March 2009. The winner will be contacted to confirm that they (or their nominated prize redeemer as per clause 10) and travel partner are able to attend the prize giving ceremony. THE WINNER (or prize nominated redeemer) MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY ON 22nd MARCH 2009 AT THE DAILY TELEGRAPH CRUISE SHOW AND ABLE TO TAKE UP THE PRIZE .
6. The winner will be notified by email before 18th March 2009. The winner will have 24 hours to confirm that they accept the prize and are able to comply with the conditions attached. If they do not respond within 24 hours a new winner will be drawn.
7. The prize will be for 2 people tickets for the Daily Telegraph Cruise Show and for a cruise aboard the MV Spirit of Adventure, sailing the “Secrets of the River Sea” itinerary. It includes 2 nights bed & breakfast accommodation (on a twin or double room basis) at the Renaissance Heathrow Hotel in London prior to the outbound flight; two economy return flights to Barbados departing on 24th March 2009; 1 night at a hotel (on a twin or double room basis) in Barbados prior the cruise; 21 nights staying in an outside cabin (1 cabin only available on a twin or double basis) aboard the MV Spirit of Adventure and travelling on a full board basis, with wine included at lunch and dinner; selected port excursions, where available; onboard tips and gratuities and transfers. The trip must be taken on the 24th of March 2009 and is subject to availability. Please note that the prize does not include travel to and from the departure and arrival airport in the UK or expenses incurred getting to the Daily Telegraph Cruise Show. IT IS A CONDITION OF TRAVEL THAT THE PRIZE REDEEMER AND TRAVEL PARTNER HAVE APPROPRIATE TRAVEL INSURANCE.
8. The holiday does not include travel insurance, taxes, service charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above.
9. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-refundable.
10. The prize is transferable to a nominated prize redeemer who must have accepted these terms and conditions before they redeem the prize.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
13. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter's control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
14. The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable, including Spirit of Adventure's Booking Conditions, available at http://www.spiritofadventure.co.uk. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
16. If the winners are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
17. The prize redeemer and guest are responsible for their own passport arrangements, visas are not required by UK passport holders. The winner and guest are strongly advised to seek medical advice in relation to any inoculations required for a journey to the Caribbean and South America.
18. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
19. Details of the prize winner’s first name and county will be available for one month after the close of this promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address below and stating the name and date of the promotion.
20. The name, county and photograph of the finalists (and/or their prize redeemer) may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. The winner (and/or their prize redeemer) agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
21. With regards to data protection, in addition to the uses specified above, the Promoter and our business partners may use the details you give to us to contact you about our products and services. The Promoter will also share your details with Acromas Holidays Limited who will use your details to keep you informed about their products and services.
22. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entry) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter or Sky staff which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
23. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
24. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
