Once in a Lifetime MotoGP Experience

The DEWALT European Prize Draw 2009, to win Once in a Lifetime MotoGP experience is organised by DEWALT® ("DEWALT"), DEWALT® Industrial Power Tool Company Limited (registered number SC14586) whose registered office is at Migvie House, North Silver Street, Aberdeen. AB10 1RJ, Scotland.

The prize draw entry period will run from 1st January 2009 until 30th September 2009 during which time anyone who registers their details on a participating European DEWALT website, will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Entrants will be automatically included in a European Prize draw, by registering their details on one of the participating European DEWALT websites. One entry per person only. This promotion is operating from London, and English law applies to any issues arising in respect of it. This promotion is void where prohibited by local law.

3. PRIZES

A. One winner from the prize draw will be chosen on the 1st October, and receive a prize of two tickets to the 2009 MotoGP Grand Prix in Valencia, Spain. The winner and their guest will depart on the 6th November 2009 and return on the 8th November 2009. This trip will include entry to the full Grand Prix Race Weekend on the 6th – 8th November 2009. The trip shall include the following: return flights (standard class) to Valencia from the winners country of residence (departing 6 November 2009 and returning on 8 November 2009); 2 nights’ stay in a hotel in Valencia on a half-board basis; meals; transfers to and from the hotel from Valencia airport and transfers to and from the venue for the Global Final from the hotel. Flights and accommodation will be organised and booked by the Promoter at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Hotel incidentals including snacks and drinks from the mini-bar, transfers to and from the airport, spending money and travel insurance are not included in the prize.

An example of the Tech 3 experience is as follows (no part of this experience is guaranteed and may be changed at any time by DEWALT):

• Breakfast in Tech 3 Hospitality
• Meet Tech 3 Owner
• Meet Dorna
• Lunch in Tech 3 Hospitality
• Join Pit Crew for Rider Arrival, Bike Warm Up etc
• MotoGP watching from pit wall with Tech 3 Team
• Watch the prize giving in the pit with the Tech 3 Team
• Meet back at Tech3 Hospitality

Full details of the prize will be provided to the winner at least 3 weeks before departure.

B. The prize winners will be notified by email or telephone in October, at which time their names and locality will be available from their relevant country of residence DEWALT website.

C. If the prize draw winner is unable to claim his or her prize for whatever reason, the prize will be offered to another party. D. The total estimated retail value of each winner's prize holiday is €1000 E. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for a cash alternative. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prior to the awarding of any prize, each National Qualifying Winner will be checked for eligibility, see "Eligibility" for more details. The names of prize winning participants and their country of residence shall be available from the winner’s country of residence DEWALT website after the prize has been drawn.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The DEWALT European Prize Draw 2007 is open to legal residents in Europe, 18 years of age or older. Current employees or individuals who have been employed at any time since 1st January 2008 by DEWALT, affiliates, manufacturers, subsidiaries or parent companies, advertising/sales promotion agencies, judging organization, participating local retailers and the immediate families of each are not eligible. Entry materials become the property of DEWALT.

5. CONDITIONS

Participation in the DEWALT European Prize Draw 2009 constitutes permission, (except where prohibited by law), to use prize draw winners’ names, likenesses, biographical information, photographs and any statements or remarks made about winning or participating in the DEWALT European Prize Draw 2009 for advertising and promotional purposes (in any medium) without additional compensation. Participants acknowledge and agree that DEWALT may share any and all information collected through the DEWALT European Prize Draw 2009 from time to time with its subsidiaries, affiliates, third-parties providing services on its behalf, sponsors of certain promotions or partner companies. Income and other taxes are the responsibility of the winners.

All travel is subject to availability for chosen time of travel. Travel does not include upgrades in airfare, travel arrangements to and from the airports, additional hotel night, meals, or any other incidental costs. If any participant or their guest(s) commits any act or is involved in any situation or occurrence which informed parties can reasonably conclude brings DEWALT into public disrespect, scandal or ridicule, shocks or offends the community, detracts from the public image of DEWALT, or reflects unfavorably upon DEWALT, DEWALT shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify the participant from the DEWALT European Prize Draw 2009.

By entering the promotion, the participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.The prize is provided on an "as is" and on an "as available" basis and DEWALT makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the prize or the DEWALT European Prize Draw 2009. In so far as is legally possible, DEWALT excludes all liability in relation to the prize including (but not limited to) in relation to the quality of any services provided by any third party and/or in relation to any elements of the competition that are beyond the reasonable control of DEWALT.
