Legal action against carminder

Hi - I am disappointed with the service i recieved from carminder car park in manchester airport. I am planning to take legal action action for claiming £160 +costs.
How do i proceed?

If you are in the AA or RAC,they can give you free legal advice.So can Citizens Advice Bureau.
You can also look at Google under "Small Claims Court" and perhaps the following

But before taking them to court you must write to carminder pointing out your grievances and asking for compensation.You need to give them at least 7 days to respond,warning them that you are prepared to takr them to court where they will be liable, if the court finds in your favour,to pay your costs.
The cost of initiating a Small Claim is around £40 and other than the loss of possibly a days wages and travelling expenses,thats all it would cost you.Whether the court would think your claim and the amount of your claim valid is in the lap of the gods which is why it is worthwhile getting legal advice first.
