Majorca Family Hol 15th April for a week. Any ideas?

Hi folks
Dreaming of a week's holiday with our 3 children, preferably in a villa with pool somewhere near a beach, with civilisation nearby but nothing too noisy. Would want to travel from Manchester on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
3 children (inc. 1 baby) = limited resources. I know I'm asking a lot, but any help would be really appreciated.
Would consider another Balearic or Southern Spain.

For the past two years, my family and I have flown with Thomsonfly from Bournemouth to Palma. Carjet supplied hire car. Drove up to Puerto Pollensa and booked into the lovely Duva Apt hotel. Booked on line and saved a mini fortune.
