Being made redundant soon - some questions

Hello to some good advice
I'm at risk and do feel I will eventually be made redundant in a few months. I've never got on with my boss simply because he could never really understand or wanted to understand the role I do which has resulted in a strained working relationship. He is best buddies with the Director & I feel has done his best to make me redundant after an organisation restructure. I've had his peers whom I'm friendly with say so after a few drinks.
I'm actually relieved and want to go anyway even in this current climate, as I hope it will give me a new lease of life and kick my career forward somewhere else.
What I'm wondering is I'd like to know what decisions were made to make me redundant as I'm the only one in the Division at risk & feel I'm getting waffle back as answers to my questions.
What data am I allowed see ?
Am I able to request my HR file and see if anything is there that has influenced HR & the Director in pinpointing me as a redundancy candidate ?
What other sensitive data about me am I able to get hold of that the company may have on me and are still holding ?
Just want answers, as I say I'm happy to go and just want to make sure it has been a vendetta and not as they say a result of the re-org, which hasn't affected any other redundancies in my division.
Thanks for any guidance
