    Pania.....re the weight thing......a couple of years ago, you may have been 8stone 8.....but think of all those things that contributed to that.....the amount of stress and the fact that you WERE ILL!

    You may like the idea of being 8stone 8 again.....but do you want to go through what you did, in order to be there.........:confused:
